Took an incredible class on zoom. It was a great combination of physical, mental and spiritual work. The teacher was extremely knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the class. I have been doing yoga for 20years and it was one of the best classes I have ever taken. Thank you IYI for such a great class.

I like that the teachers create an open space for me to practice - they don't put their judgments of what I should or should not be able to do. I like the opportunity to graceful explore my own boundaries while being supported to not strain. In a world were we are taught to strive, push boundaries, keep going through the pain, this is a counterbalance and as a busy New Yorker, I appreciate this!

Being someone who practices hot yoga roughly twice per week for a loooong time, I figured I could jump right into Integral Yoga Institute class (thanks to ClassPass). Well, not really. While the entire experience was a solid one, it certainly had a few bumps along the way.
GREAT PEACEFUL PLACE
Integral yoga is the best yoga ever. Focused on spirituality and connecting to yourself. It’s not like other NYC studios that focus on cardio. This is a very personal and healing style of yoga. Love it
GREAT PEACEFUL PLACE FANTASTIC SOUND BATH EVERY SAT AFTERNOON BEEN AWAY DUE TO TEMPORARY PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET CAN HARDLY WAIT TO GET DOWN ON THE MAT AND EXPERIENCE ONCE AGAIN THE HEALING BALM OF THE SOUNDS COMING FROM THE TRADITIONAL INSTRUMENTS. NAMASTE
Always a great vibe! Beautifully remodeled with borrow bottles and a brand new Brita filtered water fountain. I love their community class and the karma class for 7. Plenty of street parking.
