I wanted to go to a free beginner yoga class. But it was at another place. So beware aware to go to the right place. I would love if they offer more courses in the Isha center. Namaste

This is the ONLY place in NY, and one of the fews in the world, where you will have a chance to learn true Yoga. So if you’re looking for just another “yoga” class gym style, this place is not for you. If you want to eventually learn what Yoga is and unleash your full human potential, this is the place.
Amazing. You can easily locate it , it's between 6th and 7th Ave, and you can take subway. Street parking or paid garage parking is available. Staff here is amazing and if you are looking for any spiritual programs/courses , I would definitely recommend this place. Very professional and great experience.
At capacity by the time I went, great staff and over all energy, can't wait to attend.
