Really great service by Chandler and Isabelle both times I visited. They did great bra fitting and helped me with what I was looking for. This place is on my list for bra shopping.

Love this store! Great selection and customer service!
My husband has typically gifted me items from Journelle for the past few years. When we went together, we loved the personalized shopping experience with the decadent little touches that they give us during our visit. I decided to visit on the boutique on my own this time and it was a completely different experience. When I came into the store this week, Journelle staff was absolutely RUDE and UNPLEASANT. When I came through the door, there is a cluster of sales women at the register just talking and only look at me to end up completely ignore me (the store was empty in the morning). It felt as though they were profiling me and thought I wasn’t going to buy anything. I asked for assistance in picking some styles for my upcoming vacation and the sales lady showed me a drawer of my size and never came back to assist with any guidance. I ended up going into the fitting rooms by myself and grabbing other sizes by myself. In the end, I ended up leaving and going to another boutique not too far. Journelle now feels another Victoria Secret. It’s a shame a beautiful boutique went down the drain with the lack of customer service and cold environment that has been drawn in. I’ll add it to my list of department stores that I’ll never visit again and maybe shop online. ‘New’ Journelle - what happened?!

Just went in to donate bras as Journelle stores accept used bras for the charity Free the Girls. The customer service from 2 out of 3 clerks was WITHOUT one crack of a smile and generally RUDE, she basically implied I could not afford regularly priced items as I was merely asking the price of an item I was interested, and because I was donating, she assumed with her resting b-face that I was donating for a discount. I WAS NOT. Even if I was she would be better off treat me like a customer. The Soho store was much, much more pleasant and great customer service. She should not work in a lingerie store if she doesn’t want to talk to customers, even if they’re not purchasing at the moment. Every customer is a potential customer, anyone who ever worked in retail knows that. They should not work in retail if neither of them know the basics of customer service. Sad bc there were definitely some underwear I’d have considered.
