Over collected social security tax, and as a result messed up my W2 so that I can't file my taxes with any tax software (in addition to losing money I should have been paid) and just closed my support issue with no resolution. If you value your employees, don't take the chance they will have these insanely complex issues of dealing with the IRS to fend for themselves on.

Time and time again, Justworks delivers outstanding Customer Service. Anyone I speak with is always so pleasant and more than willing to help me. They went above and beyond when I needed to have my COBRA insurance reinstated. I can’t say enough good things about their Customer Service! I put them up there with the best I’ve ever had to deal with. When it comes to insurance issues, which can be so complicated, they always handle things promptly. Their communication and frequent touch-points make me feel that I’m in the best of hands with them.

I'd highly recommend against using this for your business. They switched their benefits carriers and lost over 200 in my transportation benefits. It was pure negligence.

So worth the price. Amazed by how much they stepped up to take on COVID-19 complexities. For example, I just went in to file my PPP forgiveness, blocking out several hours to setup and run the reports. I opened Justworks reports and they had a dedicated set of reports all ready to export. I teared up with joy, they make HR quite enjoyable.

Strongly advise against working with them. Good tech and nice people, but level of service is poor. They do a terrible job of controlling cost increases, as well.
