I ordered their hiking boots for a hiking trip. I was so excited when I received my boots, but when I opened them I noticed they were damaged. The next day 8/31 I emailed them about this. I received an email back asking for pictures. I had already sent them pictures in the first email but went ahead and sent again, No response. I sent another 3 days later same thing happened. I have emailed over 5 times and even called and they have not sent me a return label for their damaged boots they sent me. Nor have I received any information of how to return them. now they will not email me back. I spent 113 for these boots and I can not wear them. Not even a boot store can fix them. They don’t even seem to care. I will never buy anything from Kenneth Cole again.

Bought a pair of boots online that run too big (even though their own sizing tool recommends my regular shoe size). Customer service is abysmal and waves me away by saying it is final sale. Kenneth Cole seems desperate to generate cash by still closing the physical store and labelling items as final sale (not even exchanges are allowed). What ridiculous business practices. DO NOT BUY
I personally like Kenneth Cole Mens shoes. Too bad they closed most of their official Kenneth Cole stores and now I have to buy through their website from now on.
I bought shoes online and they didnt fit when i contacted them they said it was final sale and they dont accept returns on them!! Which decent brand would do this??
The workers is polite and nice.Made me feel at home.I brought these and can't wait to put them on.Definitely will be back for another pair I saw..
