So unexpected. I walked in thinking, "I'm not sure there's much on the menu I want to eat." Thank goodness my friends were well-versed in Cajun cuisine and knew exactly what to order. We were a bigger group, and among us, probably ordered over 1/2 the small menu. Everything was incredible. Seriously one of the best meals I've had in a long time, made more delicious by the fact that I was surprised. Highly recommended.

I've been a few times now, and each time King Bee has been great. The food is really well prepared. I've had the duck - amazing - and a couple of perfectly cooked fish dishes. The wine list is very interesting. Great service. Love this place.

Loved the food, not your average restaurant in the way of menu; very original. Good beer and cocktails - overall had a great time.

The duck is one of the top 5 dishes I've had in my life, and everything else was pretty good too.

Looks like I found my new favorite east village restaurant. Focused on Acadian cuisine - French influenced from Canada to New Orleans - this menu boasts fascinating combinations and interesting combinations. Lobster with salt cured pork... Delicious. The duck was outstanding, loaded with umami flavor yet not heavy at all. BBQ shrimp over potato salad, simple and bright. Pork cracklings that were sweet, spicy, hot all at once. Their wine list is very affordable with a range of options under 50 that are great. Excellent variety and they know their wine well, from the waiter to the sommelier. Awesome experience all around.
