The place had very little inventory and many of the glass pieces were incomplete - missing accessories. They provided no information about when they might have more inventory. Only saving grace is that staff is super knowledgeable.

Wonderful hospitality-- the salesman made my day. I wanted a decent lighter; he opened the case so I could take my time browsing. I picked a simple, lovely brass zippo and took it to the counter, where he was kind enough to fill and polish it for me. He also went back to the case to find fluid to take with me. He took care of everything and I am so touched by these kindnesses-- the shop deserves every success.
Very clean. Employees are nice and helpful everything is reasonably priced. Larger than expected with huge inventory of just about everything. Highly recommend. It is kind of hidden but if you just look up you will see it.
Super friendly and helpful, you know you’re not getting bootleg Papers, and doesn’t try to up sell you.
