This place is delicious, authentic and the service is fantastic. A little taste of Japanese rich cuisine outside of sushi. The restaurant is also well decorated and is located in a hip part of Chelsea. Recommendations: Pork belly yakitori Chicken thigh yakitori Charred shishito peppers Kogane wings Tonkotsu ramen Try the Hana awaka sparkling Yuzu Sake or Kunizakari Sake (alcoholic) Green tea Mochi for dessert

Solid ramen place in Chelsea. It’s tastefully decorated, modern vive with relaxing background music. On to the food...The broth has a perfect flavor and the portion was just right for me. We got the Tonkosu ramen and a ramen burger, both delicious. We also got the sparkling Yuzu sake which had a nice sweet taste to it. Would definitely repeat when I come back to this area.
