I Have never had a more horrifying shopping experience in my life. The woman working there FOLLOWED myself and a friend while looking bridal shower lingerie. She did not ask if we needed help all we were greeted with were snide comments and aggressive tactics to make sure everything we touched or looked at was seen by her. Things were snatched out of our hands while other customers could come and go as they please. Were told that we unwanted at the store if we weren't going to ask for help. We were belittled, told to leave and that it wasn't the store for \us\ which I can only assume meant not being a white customer meant our money wasn't wanted in her establishment. White customers could come and go as they pleased but our money wasnt wanted there. We were kicked out for refusing help and when we requested NOT TO HAVE OUR NAKED BODIES SHOWN TO THE STORE SHE RIPPED OPEN THE CURTAINS TO TELL US THAT WE COULD NOT FIT HER CLOTHES. The Asian woman working there is RACIST and she does not want black/Muslim clients in her store. She will body shame you and kick you out if you refuse to expose your naked body to her so she can check to see how everything is fitting. Not only will she make you feel terrible in front of the other customers she will stand outside of your fitting room and ask you every 2 minutes if the THREE items you have can taken because apparently if your shopping while black you're there to steal. I will NEVER shop at this establishment ever again. I am DISGUSTED by the service and I will not tolerate being racially profiled while trying to shop for PANTIES of all thing.

I am appalled! I was doing some shopping in this store yesterday evening, and had left this store not more than 15 minutes after I came in because of the graphic conversation the owner was having over the phone with a customer. She did not greet me, and failed to come to my assistance when I needed help picking out a size. She seemed to have been making very rude and racist comments towards a customers daughter over the phone, which is extremely unprofessional and a big red flag for me as I am very familiar with prejudice in retail. I will not be giving this establishment any of my time or money again.

Lovely selection, and good prices but the woman who was supposed to be helping me with the fitting seemed to wish very much she wasn’t. Not much help in that dept, but at least I knew my size and got a new bra. If you’re looking for a real fitting or re-sizing, this place probably isn’t going to be much help.
