This is an amazing place with employees who are very knowledgeable. Even if they aren't currently carrying a product, they would refer you towards the right direction. The store itself is minimalistic and futuristic. I'm definitely a fan and will be visiting again.

Very cool store for great quality pens! The person who was working the store today was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out pens. You can try out which nibs works best for yourself.

I own two Lamy pens and the quality is pretty good. I went to the store at 11:20am on Sunday and I wanted to try some new pens. The store was supposed to be open at 11am but it wasn't. Eventually I had to leave because it was so cold waiting outside. I hope the owner can improve the management, or simply change the operating hours.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. They have Safaris, Al Stars, LXs and some other \entry levels\ models inked and easily accessible to try out, though they'll gladly let you try any model (and nib size) if you just ask. This was one of the first destinations I put on the \must see\ list when my husband and I started planning our latest trip to NYC and I'm so glad we went!
