I recently moved to the neighborhood. Laundry Boy was highly recommended by the previous tenant. I’ve been really impressed with the friendly customer service and quick turnaround. I have allergies and they’re happy to use the soap I send in with my clothes. Everything comes back nicely folded and very clean! Highly recommend!

For many years my family and I have done our laundry at Laundry Boy. The staff is nice and sometimes my family's laundry is delivered on time or earlier than expected which is a good thing. However quite a handful of times Laundry Boy has accidentally put other people's laundry such as shirts, underwear and one time a towel in my family's laundry. Sometimes things from my family's laundry goes missing as well. Last time Laundry Boy didn't sent back a fitted sheet I wanted wash. I'm not happy about that. I get mistakes happens but I don't like my stuff going missing or getting other people's clothes or towels. The staff needs to pay more attention to avoid getting other people's stuff mixed up.

New staff in the last few months I have found them rude on several occasions zero customer service and my wife has also found them the same. Owner is a hard worker I have known him along time but if your not around and watching your business it’s situations like this day after day multiple people being spoken to rudely and unnecessarily and your business takes a hit. Good staff is very important in every business.

First of all it is way overpriced! A small load is 4 and to drop of a shirt to get it cleaned it’s 4.95. That’s insane considering around the corner you can get the shirt cleaned in a 1. much faster dry cleaner and 2. much nicer and more up to date dry cleaner for only 1.95. I frequently have wet clothes in the dryer after a 40(!) minute round. It’s ridiculous how old the machines are. If you can avoid it then try and do avoid it. Especially dry cleaning. Go to the one around the corner on 95th (30 seconds walking) and you’ll save money and get better, faster service.

I dropped off my laundry around 4 PM and was told that they could have it done by that night, or I could come pick it up any time the next day. When I came to pick it up, I brought a carrier bag -- which unfortunately didn't fit the bag of neatly and compactly folded laundry which they provided. Seeing this, the staff gave me a nice carrier bag, one of the those reusable grocery store bags, at no extra cost! Their rates are also very reasonable (1.20 per pound of laundry, with a 10 pound minimum), and the people are friendly. Cash only!
