I took in person classes at the East Side and Dumbo studios and online during quarantine. They were all wonderful experiences! I cannot say enough good things about this business. All the teachers are amazing and the quality of the products and customer service have been incredible. Can't wait to get back to taking in person classes...Thank you Loop of the Loom!!

I went here for the introductory 2 hour session after my sister kept raving about it. It was amazing! Given the times, the looms were distanced apart. The instruction was professional and gradual, we essentially start weaving with the basic instructions and the teacher demonstrates new and interesting techniques as we progress. I highly recommend Loop of the Loom! It is so relaxing and you come out with a really nice walk hanging! I plan to go back to make some pillow covers :)
I remember being amazed at what I was able to make in 2 hours on the first day! It was so easy to do and made being creative fun. Also, it was so meditative and enjoyable. I ended up going back to the studio again and again. It was wonderful way to spend the day.
I have been a weaver at Loop of the Loom (UES) for more than five years. As soon as I walk into the studio I forget the busy streets and other responsibilities and immerse myself in the tranquility and creativity of SAORI weaving. The staff is always ready to answer questions and help me without interfering in my chosen project. Loop of the Loom has been one of my best New York City discoveries.
2 hours of non stop looming. Your taught 3 different styles 1,2 and for the advance 3 strings. Lots of colors and materials to choose from. Great for a date night or just something new with your friends.
