Magazine Cafe has exceptional selection and customer service. My first purchase was nearly 11 (!) years ago, on March 21, 2010. All of my purchases have been online. Shipping is fast and relatively inexpensive. Customer service replies to emails in a timely manner. No request is too big or too small. Highly recommend!

After a popular magazine's final issue was sold out everywhere in my area, I was able to find and order a single copy of it as a gift through Magazine Cafe. The secure shipping envelope helped the magazine arrive in excellent condition. When there was an issue with USPS delivery (no fault of Magazine Cafe), staff members promptly replied to my emails with excellent customer service. I will definitely do business with Magazine Cafe again!
I ordered an issue of The Economist since the Economist's own app was not very good at single issue orders (that I could see). There was a small-mix up with the order, when I reported it by email on a weekend to Magazine Cafe, they fixed my download and replied courteously on Sunday. I have not tried their other e-resold magazine titles.
I had 2 international magazine subscriptions through these guys. Both had hitches (not their fault) and they were always responsive and things were answered. Even with Covid-19 problems, they answered my questions as best they could in the moment, and ultimately resolved all issues I may have had. I have reviewed MANY subscription services and they all get horrible reviews. This service deserves a good one. I got a refund after lack of physical magazine delivery due to Covid issues. I ordered a notebook from this company 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. Every time I call to check on it they tell me it is in back order from the manufacturer. I ordered a notebook directly from said manufacturer 3 weeks ago and have already received it. I never write review, but this place is a scam. Do not order from here.
