I had a fantastic experience with Vince at Magnolia Jewelers. He was extremely patient and thoroughly walked me through the process, from beginning to end. We also partnered together on the bespoke design, which took inspiration and elements from various styles. Ultimately, we ended up with an amazing and unique engagement ring at a great price. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this to anyone.

William and Vincent understand what impeccable customer service is. They were attentive to our customized needs, while providing their professional opinions and guidance to getting my fiancé and I the ring we wanted. Every couple wants their own uniquely designed ring, which you can't get at most places online. The customizing and design process was smooth and easy. Vincent and William did majority of the work after we sent them photos of different rings that each had something we wanted. They were easily able to piece it together into one design. Being a brick and mortar allows the personal interaction and customer service that you cannot get if you purchased online. For example, a half year after our engagement, we've easily walked in for ring cleanings and size adjustments. I highly suggest their service to all friends and family, and you reading this!

First off all, I'd like to give a huge thank you to Vince for bringing my imagination to life-- Better than expected at that. Throughout the way, Vince's communication was top tier. He asked me questions, sent me ideas and reassured me every step of the way. It took me a while to find someone who I can truly rely on when it came to custom pieces and jewelry in general, but for some reason I had a gut feeling that I could trust this one and my gut feeling was right!
