I am heartbroken to learn Mariko is closing this shop to focus on Palm Beach. That said I hope her son truly creates an ecomm business for us in the city. The first time I met the fabulous Mariko I was intimidated. She is fabulous, knowledgeable and does warm up to you., I am a man who loves amazing pieces that I can enjoy and travel with. She has ALWAYS made me feel welcome and never tried to push a piece of me.

Hi, I would like to share the experience I had in this store so other people should know before walking in. I visit Mariko several times already looking for fine jewelry, every single time when dealing with the lady in the store it is unbelievable what a bad customer experience I got and seen other customers get, she is plain arrogant and not helpful acting like a \peacock\ as if there's no where else to buy nice jewelry, so for all those looking for nice jewelry AND great customer service I would like to let you all know there's another Jewelry store at 818 Lexington ave where you can get both worlds. I bet you you wont be disappointed. As long as they will treat you like you are a obody\ no point to walk into that store..... all the best!
