After years of working with this family, I was unfortunately cheated on a ring that they decided to upcharge me on despite delivering a lower quality value. It was my fault for now paying attention to the email chain but the owner, Isabelle, chose to charge 5500 for a ring that was worth 4150. When I alerted them to the error, they ignored my emails. Hence, this review. There are better, more service and customer-oriented jewelers out there. They deserve your business, not them.
