I've been going to MAB since they were a small shop in a basement on Clinton in the LES, and they have only continued to deliver the same great service and support that they did when they were that little shop. If you're on the fence about going bespoke, the team can share immense detail about the process and why your garment will be one-of-a-kind and simply the best thing you own. Everyone on the team from Michael and Cory to the cutters and pattern makers are simply the best. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you won't regret it - can't recommend them enough.

Every experience I’ve had at Michael Andrews has been exemplary. The showroom is a warm and inviting space, and it is staffed by people who care not only about the quality of the product that the customer receives but also about the quality of the customer’s experience. Reps are efficient and timely, and they always offer a (very high quality) drink with the meeting. I‘ve never felt rushed or railroaded; I’ve always felt respected and listened to, and as a consequence, at the end of the process I’ve gotten wonderful garments that fit like a dream, that I love and, importantly, that last. I’ve spent years hunting for a custom tailor that made women’s suits at the same high level of quality that men enjoy, and finding Michael Andrews has finally resolved that quest. Shopping at MAB is a pleasure from start to finish and I highly recommend the experience to anyone, whether this will be your first bespoke garment or your 100th.

I ordered an item through virtual MTM a few months back. Overall, not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend doing this way. Some details that I articulated were missed (and not offered to be remedied) and fit did not end up as good as I would have hoped (although understand one can only expect so much virtually).

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with MAB. I ordered their bespoke suede trucker jacket and I am amazed at the quality of the materials used for this piece. Cory was extremely helpful every step of the way, so much so that we were able to nail the style and fit of the jacket in one virtual fitting. I will be going back to MAB in the very near future and I would highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

Amazing service , excellent advice and a really cool showroom. A lot of companies like to call themselves bespoke but MAB are the real deal. Go and experience it for yourself. Life is short.
