The customer service is awful, they treated me horrible. The lady in the counter was so nasty and had a very bad attitude. I will never comeback to buy anything from this shop.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I love these old-school hardware stores! If you just need 4 bolts or whatever, you don't have to buy a whole box of them, and sometimes they have things in sizes that the big-box stores won't have. This place is right around the corner from GCT so that's really convenient if you need to grab something quickly. I found the employees to be very helpful, they don't follow you around or anything but if you ask, they help you out.
