I love my job & I work hard to keep my image of being the best that I am & can. I think everyone is cool but at the end of the day is a business everyone needs to cover for their security & keeping their image as professionals. But, it's sad that you basically are covered to certain circumstances & the job keeping it's not a guaranteed. I realized that the truth now in days or maybe ever never sets you free...when you tell the truth there's no trust, when you tell a good lie uff u might have a passive lol You have to keep in mind what's in it for you!? But, you need to understand it's what you can do for the company??? It's a fact! You're not there to make friends but, respecting eachother as team work & working with eachother instead of against one another will definitely make the job environment work, in contrast, it can be toxic, that's why a lot of people leave. In addition, only the strong team worker survives when \we\ work together, \If\ it's possible! Or when possible! There's advantage as well as disadvantages vs Pros & Cons etc. If it's all for all or all for none!?

The worst! Used to work there management disrespect the drivers people that works there as dispatches or in payroll got the job because they related to someone there, to them the drivers are dirt that is why not even paying 20 an hour they keep the drivers from payroll to dispatch is they way or no way and the manager dont say a dam thing!! Update! My cousin just resign because they paying 20 an hour but is no overtime, they give new drivers 35 hours a week and old drivers just 40 and according to a road supervisor they hiring more people just to keep drivers under 40 hours a week to avoid paying overtime i make more money now at gvc making 18 and hour they give me 40 regular and 10 overtime!
