So emotional to say goodbye after many years. So many good memories. I was very lucky with the staff and the teachers that I was in touch with. Everyone is talkative, friendly, loving and helpful. You'll be missed NYEC!

Hello everyone ,My brother and I want to share our experience. We went to TCS school in 2016 stayed there for three years, my English was absolutely zero .Today I speak fluently I feel confident speaking. The teachers are very nice and They all have no accent which makes a big difference when you're learning a new language. I highly recommend this school. Good luck to everyone

Very rude staff! The only nice people in the school are the manager and the accountant. The rest are just literally rude people! They can make your experience in new york a nightmare, even if you want to give them your money!

Having studied English only briefly in college, I started classes when New York English Center has been known as one of the thriving ESL schools in NYC. The courses I've taken at New york English Center set me on a path to revitalize my English language learning for good. And I can easily see how the school has grown. The courses are professional and well planned, class sizes are small and the school’s location is in a place where everyone could easily reach. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience with New york English Center. Best of all I was able to talk with the people that are in same level in learning English which was making easy to find friends. I have made some great friendships throughout my years in New York Enlish Center that could last for a lifetime. It is recommended to everyone who are looking to enjoy while learning Enlglish.

My experience in the school so bad, the teachers are good and they try but the resources are little, they care about you pay and the administration people never listen to you, the only one that is nice and professional in how is with the students is the accounting woman, they dont care the new academic director is not nice the three times that I try to talk to her never pay attention. The restrooms so dirty and the area for the students so dirty too. Two computers that doesn't work and are full of dust. You should have good attendance in other way not vacations and you should pay. I am not going to recommend this school.

I’m writing to express my deep closeness to Teacher Monica, who was recently sanctioned with a suspension. I got to know Monica over time and she is one of the most sensitive and knowledgeable person I met so far in New York City, an engaged artist and acute observer of the society we are living in. Without a doubt such a person is a precious inspiration among students and people who surround her and I am really surprise about regulations wanting a person of so much talent to be excluded. I have no authority to exact belief, nor do I desire it. But I have been in academic settings for years myself and can confirm that, especially nowadays that knowledge is reduced to a set of competences to be accessed and serve mob demands, all the more reason persons like Monica are very rare; she is a woman of substance and in school she can really form critical consciences. Isn’t that the competence that make all the others possible? Good luck Monica! I wish you the best. May you find likeminded people and the validation you deserve for the keen, passionate person you are. Kind regards, Salvo Losappio

The most unorganized school. People that work there are not helpful. Receptionists act like they are doing you a favor. They dont even want to answer to questions that we ask. Why are they there then if they dont help students??? Dont they know that they are getting paid bc students go there???? I spoke with few students and they are also unhappy with receptionists. I know few students transferred bc no one helped them there. Thats what i am going to do too.
