The crew was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, pleasant and positive. In fact they finished before the anticipated deadline. The floors look great making the house look expansive. The work ethic is outstanding. Each and every crew member is timely, immaculate and communicative. I highly recommend them for you flooring needs.

If you're looking for a responsive company that calls back when promised then this company is not the one. If our looking for a company that accommodate you when you need and not when they need then this is not the right company. It's 2020 not 1980, professional businesses know how to handle today's customers expectations and needs and NY Flooring is not one of them. Never used them only had a few conversations and when they say they will call back in 15 minutes to confirm a time that turns into 4 hours later and 2 calls to even get that lat return call. Would never use and suggest people look elsewhere.
