Simple, clean building with friendly management staff. I visited Marc A. Scorca Hall. Well air conditioned. It has wooden chairs with pretty good back support (coming from a person suffering with sciatica). Well-lit, decent sized lobby that would support around 20-25 people.
One of the most reasonable studios and concert hall for Classical perfomrts in the New York City area.
