Not sure if past reviews reflect reality...! Just had my watch repaired at this boutique...Service was great...although warranty on my watch had expired, they figured out how to provide a complimentary fix (free)...They provided regular updates and advised when the watch was ready for pick up...very happy with the service and would recommend this location...appreciated the service; thank you!

Was seriously thinking about purchasing a watch here. I echo some of the reviews regarding poor customer service but this store is also not sanitary / up to COVID standards. I asked to try one of the pieces in one of the cases - instead of pulling out the actual watch (and give me a placemat to put my watch on as to be expected in any dealer) the rep literally took his watch that he was wearing on his wrist instead to have me wear it. I know he thought it was a clever way to prevent me from trying the merchandise but this was just gross.
Excellent customer service. I wanted a hard-to-get color of their rubber strap and Jacopo took care of my order. Followed up by phone and email when this strap was back in stock and promptly shipped it to my home.
I needed to service my watch and was concerned because of many bad reviews, but my experience with them is very positive. Dropped my watch off and was told I would hear from them in 3 days for an estimate and turnaround time. However, I did not hear from them so I called, and they told me the watch is currently being serviced and the reason they didn't contact me is because the watch is under warranty therefore did not need a payment to process the service. They told me the watch will be done in 3-5 days then ship back to the boutique. They called me back the following week, asking me whether I want the watch to be shipped to me or want to pick up. I chose to pick the watch up myself the very day. So It took less than two weeks for me to get my watch back and totally happy with the service.
The is the best Panerai Boutique you can go to despite the reviews here , staff really know about their watches and the service was best 10/10
Opposite to the negative reviews here I couldn't have had a better experience. I went in yesterday to buy a new leather band and was treated cheerfully and efficiently.despite being an obvious tourist to NYC.
When you come into this store, expect to be treated like absolute garbage. Salesman was incredibly rude, arrogant, and useless when we asked about servicing a watch. Take your money to Wempe, far more professional. The customer service here is atrocious if you’re coming to spend that much money.
