Absolutely horrible. Placed an order that was confirmed and even sent a message that it would be delivered soon. The food never came and the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone. The kicker: THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! You can do better.
Love this place. The food is amazing, prices are good, and drinks are worth breaking with my habit of just ordering the cheapest beer. This is one of my go-to's in the neighborhood for a nice dinner/drinks. It does get a little louder as the night goes on, but I like the atmosphere.
My experience at the lounge was excellent. The food and drinks were amazing. I would recommend the Pocion Lounge to friends and family.
They serve vegan food, fantastic mixed cocktails, and have a lowkey, highclass atmosphere. I love everything about this little gem in the neighborhood and so thankful there's this bar in Washington Heights. I always come here when I just want a one-on-one night with my close friends or my boo. The bartenders are actually knowledgeable and will whip up the most amazingly delicious concoction, all you need is tell them the general flavors and things you like in a drink. This bar truly lives up to its name!
