I love New York Pretzel and it’s a guilty pleasure I enjoy when visiting Las Vegas. We had a plane to catch and figured I could get one as soon as it opened at noon. We even double checked with staff around the area that it opened at noon. At 11:55, still no staff person there. It would take more than 5 minutes to open up and start making things so it was a huge disappointment. I still love NY Pretzel but if you’re supposed to open to the public at noon, I would expect that when you open at noon that food is ready to go to start serving your customers.

I had a Cinnamon Sugar pretzel from this store and it was okay. It didn't meet my expectation. Their service was fast and good. Their pricing is not expensive. They have very few vegetarian options. I wouldn't stop by during my next visit.

I LOVE this place ! It's been a staple for me for years. In fact it's one of the main reasons I started staying in the NYNY hotel. Wanted to give 5 stars, but here's why I couldn't..... WHY did yall start opening at 11am or later, instead of 9am ? I travel with a group of atleast 20, 6-8 times a year to Vegas and we always stay at NYNY because even though none of us were breakfast people, we ALWAYS started our day with pretzels before heading out for the day and grabbed another when we came back in late afternoon. But the last 3 times we've been, they weren't open at either time and once, just in evening when we were going to dinner. (Not the time we'd like a pretzel) What happened to this most wonderful tradition??? Bring back the 9am-1am !!!!

Terrible! Hard pretzels....and the stromboli looks full of yummy goodness in the display case but it's only the side you see.....the inside is empty bread! Waste of money! Keep walking and find another snack!

By far the worst pretzel I ever had in my life I got a pepperoni one and the dough was sweet it left a horrible taste in my mouth for about 30 min
