Maybe my review is one of the minorities, but I didn't even get past the walk through stage with this company. Not only did the rep, who I won't name, arrive to our scheduled office walk-through 15 min late but he also had a bit of a snide attitude when I mentioned the time frame our office needed for midday services. Im not sure why because I was rather polite. He never sent a proposal or a follow up email either so our office ended up with another cleaning service.
