Really quite exquisite. They provided us with a fabulous vegan fruit plate when we inquired about vegan desserts. The tea was good. My wife and I each got a pot and it was more than we could drink in a sitting so they kindly packaged it to go.

Came here yesterday for the first time. Staff was very friendly. The tea was delicious and I enjoyed the scones and strawberry shortcake while my husband enjoyed the molten lava cake. Would definitely recommend!

Love their light, fresh desserts! Service is good, restaurant is clean and well decorated, their tea selection is quite expansive! My only complaint is that they always play depressive, sad love songs. Literally. We've visited both the Chinatown location and the east village location numerous times, and it's never failed. So it's definitely taken away from my experience, unfortunately. I hope they become more mindful of this influence on the overall experience.

Beautiful place to have some tea, or any hot beverage really. Really loved the quaint, rich ambiance. I had sweet potato fries and the molten lava cake - tasty, fresh food.

They have a very cute outdoor space setup with fairy lights and thin tenting. I experienced very friendly service and enjoyed the food. It was simple but yummy. We were served our tea in paper cups. They said it's only temporary and though I've never considered this before, ceramic tea cups must help to insulate teas from cooling too quickly as mine did. All in all a pleasent experience.

Was cold. Their outdoor dining needs improvements. Especially placing coverings all cover their outdoor dining areas. They did not place one for the back where me and my sister were sitting and I was freezing. Unless they make sure all areas r covered, I will not return until the summer time. (-___-) Their food and tea was amazing but not enough to warm me up. If you pour ur tea and let it sit for a minute while in conversation, it'll be cold in that little amount of time.

Went to this place with my friends. Bad customer service. The service here is rude, especially the owner. The order was mistaken and we told the owner we did not order that dessert. The owner however said we still have to pay for that dessert even if we did not order that dessert. The dessert we are suppose to order she said it was "sold out" and she does not have that. We told her we are not going to pay for a dessert something that we did not even order. The owner afterward threw the dessert in the trashcan right IN FRONT of our faces. Ten minutes later the owner brought out the food that we actually ordered saying before it was "sold out". Not only that when the bill came the owner overcharge our payment and added 25% tip. Never in my life I have experience this type of action. The service is unprofessional. Crepe at this location is good but the service here is not professional. Good food, but bad service. Our waitress is extremely nice but bad management from the owner.
