I recently bought a Embark Priority E bike from Priority. I had it professionally assembled upon delivery. Six weeks after intermittent riding resulted in the Bosch battery going dead. Even as of today, no one has the answer. Fortunately for me, the battery is under a two year warranty. I took the bike to a Trek shop near me and they troubleshooted the problem. Bosch was contacted, but they were out of stock for four weeks. I had numerous good communications with the Priority folks. They did an excellent job of responding to my emails and concerns in a very timely manner. After I told Priority about the Bosch out of stock issue, they said they would see what they could do. Result: Priority shipped me out one of their new batteries! Then they provided a prepaid shipping label to send the defunct one back to them. I can't say enough good things about Priority customer service and their positive attitude in resolving the battery issue. Now I can look forward to many happy miles riding my ebike.

An Absolutely great product, Mine a Priority Bicycle, Classic. It is as represented, quiet, good looking, very lightweight, rides like a dream, and a great coaster. Steering is a little twitchy but it could simply be the fact that i'm a little older now and haven't been on a bike for 15 years. Highly recommend.

Although I live in Washington State and haven’t ridden a bicycle in 30 years, I bought a new Turi bicycle without so much as a test ride from a company in New York. Crazy. Right? Well, at least I researched it a bit. Crazy or not, I ordered it, had it delivered all the way across the country, and assembled it myself using their videos. I love the bike! * Love the casual comfort. * Love the very quiet and very clean belt drive. * Love the seamless shifting. A lot. Like, really a lot. * Love the disc brakes. * Love the fenders. * Love the kick-stand. * Love the lower unisex crossbar to get my leg over. Not as young as I once was apparently. ;) * Love the easy assembly. * Love the low maintenance, in theory. * Love that Dave talked me into a Turi instead of the more expensive model that I was originally interested in, based on our email discussion. I’m 56 years old, 6’3”, weigh 230 pounds (the main reason I bought a bike), and have a 34” inseam. I was a bit worried that the Turi (size large) would feel a bit small, but that’s not the case at all. I feel totally comfortable riding it, in almost every conceivable way. It’s perfect for me. Also: * Love the optional bicycle rear rack (installed after this picture was taken). * Love the optional rechargeable light set. Plenty bright for my needs. * Like the optional phone holder, but don’t love it. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. It uses the entire screen and the holder sometimes gets in the way. If that’s my only complaint about my bicycle buying experience though, I’d call that a huge win. Yes. Huge win. No buyer’s remorse here. I’ve been riding it about 10 miles per day since I assembled it. One very satisfied customer! If you’ve been thinking about buying a new bicycle, during a pandemic because you’ve got cabin fever for example, you could definitely do much worse than buying one of these. And who knows? Maybe you’ll even love it too. :)
