Seven days, January 9th, 2018, ago I purchased Online Practice Test for Professional Dog Trainers - Form 02. I also wanted to purchase Online Practice Test for Professional Dog Trainers - Form 03, but accidentally clicked another test. I emailed that day as soon as I noticed my mistake. I never received an email back or a call. So, I called today and spoke with Leonard. The conversation with him was incredibly frustrating. I had to spend over 5 minutes with him spelling out my email address and he still could not get it right. I then had to explain to him no less than 5 times what I wanted and he still could not grasp it. When I suggested looking up my email I had sent so he could better understand he became got an attitude with me and said \You expect me to find an email from a week ago?\ I was also put on hold several times for long periods of time, I was then advised IT would look into and hopefully have it resolved by the end of the day and to \Not be as impatient as I was on the phone\ him. My call lasted over 20 minutes for a simple issue. Leonard needs more training on both how to deal with this issue, as I cannot be the only person who accidentally purchases the wrong test. Also on customer service and listening skills. Also, the company as a whole needs to respond in a timely manner to emails or remove email as a form of communication with it's customers. I will also be emailing CCPDT with my exerpeince.

I took my Tofel test here. Everything went good through the whole test when I reach on the speaking section forget it everybody was talking.

Worst place for doctors doing USMLE... noices inside the rooms and noice reductor headphones are the worst... if someone is reading this don't go here ever there if you want a good score for USMLE!!!

I took my toelf text here and register for two times，the environment here is ok，but the staff here they are really unfriendly，especially some women here they didnt care about you and distract you and sometimes make noise or slap you on your back！I cant image that I was here scared by one women during the text 3 times. Also，they ask question in very strange way before text.Although a man here is good and love joking，this experience is totally bad，dont register here if you have other option. Then，onetimes my handset and microphone didnt work that i have to reset the pc.The time when my headset not work, then the staff very unfriendly and don't want to help said that just let myself try again and again, wasting my time. Thus, when I going to the listening part everyone just doing the speaking part, it is so distractive!!!!! The ACE computer training center in 312w 36th st is totally better, because the staff there are professional, friendly, and helpful, even though there's environmental level is not good enough, but feeling very comfortable!
