Rachel Bennett's Yoga classes are wonderful - they are calming and inspiring. She knows how to read her audience and engage with individuals even in a group setting. By the end of her class I am more centered and at peace due to her ability to lead everyone through breathing exercises that allow people to focus on their essential being. Rachel is an extraordinary teacher and guide. She brings her years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to every class along with her incredibly positivity. If you have not tried a class, I strongly recommend you take one and see for yourself how transformative an hour can be as you listen and lean in. You will leave feeling stronger and more at peace with yourself and the world.

Yoga classes with Rachel are so pleasant and relaxing. On top of tailoring the flow to workaround my body limitations, she gives very clear instructions to guide me transitioning into and out of each pose. She always manages the pace just right, I never feel I over/underworked my body after each session. She also makes me realized that yoga is a wonderful way to build body strength instead of just simply stretching. She's such a fabulous yoga teacher, I feel very lucky that I found her.

I discovered yoga with Rachel 4 years ago, looking for good stretching and intense exercising but without too much speed as my life was already very busy and full with my family life with 2 children, work, and involvment in charities. Not only I discovered an activity that fullfiled completely my expectation but also an incredible yoga teacher! Rachel is an accomplished professional as well as a sensitive person with whom I developed a deep relation. Every week I live my two yoga sessions with Rachel as a breathing time in my life both for my body and my mind.
Delightful. Rachel's kindness and compassion shine through in everything she does. Truly. She is also funny and a great teacher. Always enjoy her! And if she offers a retreat - don't miss it!
