The Raclette in NYC is located very central and easy to reach by car. The food was very good especially the cheeses are a French delicacy. My favourite was the truffle cheese on the hamburger. Also venue is cosy and romantic. Only downside is that it is a little overpriced and the red wine was extremely dry.

I really love Raclette. I was there twice and the first time was amazing, but the second could be better. I ordered Raclette experience for two (prefix dinner). When you make a reservation for it on Raclette website, you have to pay full price right away (which is fine). But! They give you 5 min for checkout and you have to choose all the meals and drinks that you and your partner are going to have. I reserved it for Valentines day as a surprise for my husband. And I couldn't choose the meals for him because I didn't know what he would want. So I called to the restaurant asking what should I do and the lady on the phone told me to choose anything, so I could complete checkout and then when we arrive the server will take our order again. So I chose whatever as she told me, I didn't even look at the items I chose because I didn't have time left to complete checkout. But when we arrived the server said that the meals we ordered online are getting prepped already and that no changes can be made. This was very sad and I explained him the situation, so he tried to make some changes to our meals, but unfortunately the main course could not be changed. The food was still super delicious and we really enjoyed our evening. But the reservation system for prefix dinner needs to be changed.

Fantastic steak with perfectly paired wine. The cheese was insane and really kicked up the veggie sides! Burrata caprese was on point! Great ambiance and wonderful servers.

Such good food and great customer service. I'd highly recommend it. These guys know exactly what they are doing. The ambience was amazing. The steak and chicken are to die for. Definitely check it out if you have never been.

This restaurant is definitely worth it! You basically need to get a reservation in order to get a seat because this place is so good! All of the food is delicious and that's even before adding the cheese scrapes which are amazing!

Only went for the burger to see what the fuss of raclette cheese is. Gotta say I'm planning to go back for the steak later this month or soon. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. The only complaint was the lack of distance in seating. There is a glass shield between tables but it only divides the tables, not the people sitting next to each other.

Wow! When they tell you this is one of the places you need to go before you die,they were right! My son came from Atlanta to visit and insisted to come here. He could not believe how amazing their lobster macaroni and cheese was! A true yummy experience. Good location and outdoor space. Good service and great food! A must if in ny!
