This place served as an introduction to Haitian cuisine for me. So, right off the bat, that’s a lot of pressure on them to represent. Safe to say, they did not disappoint. Food was really good and so too were drinks. Though it was a cramped indoor space, the live DJ compensated for that. It was pure vibes all around! Service wasn’t too quick but in their defense, it was the weekend that NYC allowed indoor dining again, so I don’t think they anticipated the crowds. Overall, great spot.

Amazing artwork, music was on point but the food wasn't so great. My meat was dry... the appetizers were good. I will definitely give it a third try.... hope the food gets better.

Had a great time here last night. It was cold and rainy out but I felt like I was in the Caribbean. Great service, food, drinks and the DJ!! All I can say is I can't wait to go back.

Live female DJ!!! Music was dope, food was very tasty. Service was great, they have a downstairs for dancing eating. Food did not take long to come out. Bar tender was awesome!!! The music will have you dancing in and out of your seat. In/out seating. I went on a Saturday.

I took my wife and kids out to eat for the Mother's Day Bunch at Rebel. This was our first time there and definitely will not be our last. The service was top notch, the food was delicious and the environment was relaxing with an ambiance exploding with Haitian culture (music/wall art). Rebel At Minnie's has my highest recommendations for good food, service and cultural experience.

My first time was a great time!! The presentation of the food was exceptional . The taste was amazing! No exaggeration you can taste the freshness of herbs and seasoning in every bite. The drinks are really good also, not waterdown. The DJ played a mixture of music that some got up and grooved too. I truly recommend a good time in NY is here.

I came here on Tuesday for a birthday dinner & I must say I was disappointed...I’m not sure what all the hype is about but the food was mediocre some of the drinks we had were good & the cake but that’s about it....wasn’t worth a drive all the way to the city honestly. I gave it 2 stars because our waitress was sweet. This place most definitely didn’t change my life.
