I brought my daughter here to learn how to swim. She was almost a teenager and didn't know how and we really wanted to get her lessons. She had a crazy fear of the water but she was coaxed in and is actually pretty good at swimming. She likes it now. I love these folks.

Great team and coaches. All different kinds of people, ages, and background. Get help with your stroke, be social, or get a hard workout in. All different levels of workout so you can find a lane that works for you.

Red Tide is a fun Master's team in NYC. Great workouts. This pool in particular- the Chinatown YMCA- is quite nice, with modern/clean locker rooms.
