I was recently at an event that Rock Paper Team put together for an intern class and it was so much fun. Dan had the group doing a photo scavenger hunt around NYC which led to some really hilarious photos and team building fun. Everyone had a great time and it was so well organized. Bravo!

I went on a Haunted Hunt produced by Rock Paper Team. It was SO much fun to be working with my group, competing against the others in a mad dash to complete as many clues as we could in our allotted time without losing any points AND taking advantage of the bonus opportunities, all while running around Greenwich Village interacting with each other and strangers on the street (WHAT, Thriller flash mob with strangers?!?!?!) I enjoyed my experience so much that I have recommended Dan come into my corporation (major global bank) to plan future events within our HR department (just to start!).

My company hired Rock Paper Team for a team building event. I left the format and details relatively open, but explained clearly to our facilitator, Dan Colgan, that we wanted to walk away with great photos, good memories, and a lesson about team building. Dan created a photo scavenger hunt that covered our new environs (we'd just moved offices), and met the triple goals of: 1) familiarizing us with the neighborhood, 2) bonding our team of 9, and 3) leaving us with some incredibly resonant lessons--and a platform to discuss teamwork and goals in general. The event itself left us with side-splitting vignettes, including learning who excelled at charades (and who sucked), posing for hysterical photos, and (politely) accosting people on the street. Dan really did his research! Overall, it was a great experience that sparked insightful conversations about team building and how to work with everyone even when we have different values, styles, and approaches. Fantastic event!
