Food was decent but the place was absolutely horrid. The customer service was atrocious and the level of service they provided me on the phone was ridiculous. I called to let them know they missed items from our order and they answered “yes we sent out your food with missing items because our kitchen didn’t want to make it.” Then they proceeded to hang up on me while I was trying to get a thorough explanation on why they didn’t want to make the food and she hung up. I called back and had attitude from them the entire time. I want to go to this place and teach them some manners and some business ethic because if you don’t wanna make the food take it off of the menu so people don’t order. Horrible experience for a birthday/Christmas dinner. We wanted the duck and couldn’t even have something we were looking forward to because they wanted to be lazy. It’s a shame. Very big shame that people who don’t wanna work choose this line of work. As you can all tell I’m very very annoyed and will not be going to this place. Maybe go into it to talk to the rude employees but that’s about it.

Came with a girlfriend visiting from San Francisco.. this RESTAURANT is excellent. Spicy Garlic Shrimp lunch special was 12.00... I thought it was kind of expensive until the food arrived. Huge shrimp (13/15) with veggies, steamed white rice and won ton soup.... then I order combination chow fun. It was not on the menu, yet they cooked it... I think it was the best Chow fun I have ever eaten. It had the perfect smokey taste, while the noodles ever expertly prepared.... Yes, yes, yes... I would be back

the food here is AMAZING! really delicious!! the customer service, not so much. I had a missing item in my order and the woman hung up the phone on me multiple times saying she was too busy to deal with it. Such a shame since the food is great! Won’t be returning and still sad I don’t have my pork soup dumplings!

The food was so delicious !! We got the scallion pancakes, Dan Dan noodles & a some sort of lamb stir fry entree ! Would definitely recommend & will be back. The woman and the counter was also very sweet and helpful !! 10 stars !!

Best place to eat some food when in a rush. Their service is prompt, prices are convenient, awesome ambience. Will come visit again
