Previous to finding Royal Roofing of NYC I contacted two other roofing companies. One was a large, venerable company that presented us with a sky high estimate and the requirement of an asbestos inspection. The other was a small company that became too busy to return our calls. Meanwhile, we needed a new roof asap. Royal Roofing NYC to the rescue! I called on a Thursday and Justin came by that afternoon. The next day, he gave us a very reasonable estimate. On Monday morning, an army of workers arrived in carefully choreographed sequence: people who demolished the old roof, haulers who removed the debris and skilled individuals who installed the new roof. Because our house had not gotten a new roof since it was built over a hundred years ago, the job took a total of two days. In most cases it only takes one. Justin was our project manager, adeptly recalibrating to unexpected situations by calling in additional workers and hiring a U-Haul truck to remove debris from our seven layers of old roofing material. Eden, the owner, also stopped in to make sure everything was going well. All parties involved were cheerful, friendly and respectful. Because the job turned out to be bigger than expected, so was the bill. However, Justin worked with us and made sure we were happy. We certainly got good value on our investment! We now have a sturdy, well-built roof and gutter system that is warrantied for 30 years so we can rest easy. I highly recommend Royal Roofing NYC.
Up to this day, i still admire the vinyl-styled siding finish on my home. It really makes my building stand out from the rest. Not only does it improve the general appeal of my home, but it also helps to moderate the temperature of my building. Royal Roofing & Siding really knows their stuff. Truly a blessing in disguise. When i thought i was running out of options in getting a decent roofer in New York City, i found Royal roofing and siding contractors. They really saved me a whole lot, both in financial aspects and in response. And they are very unique in their vocation if i might add, because my flat roof looks quite unique and distinctive as compared to others. They are absolutely worth the call.
Part of my job is handling any repairs needed for the properties. My usual repairman was unavailable and I turned to Royal Roofing NYC based on their reviews online. I'm very thankful for the services provided to me from Royal Roofing NYC. They did a great, fast job under difficult circumstances. Upon closer inspection at our first meeting, Ramon and his team pointed out a much bigger issue connected to my original inquiry regarding some skylights. Thanks to their experience and thoroughness, they identified all the issues (crumbling facade in the back, other unfinished areas) and were very quick to resolve them. I have to say, the area was nearly impossible to access. I was very impressed at how resourceful, creative and professional the workers were in dealing all the challenges. I think most other companies would have refused given the difficult access. All of this was coordinated by the company rep, Sean Fox - who did a great job managing the whole project and staying active in communication. He even personally dealt with various neighbors to successfully gain the difficult access that was needed. Sean and his team went above and beyond in getting this job done. Both the owner and I are extremely satisfied with this experience. I hope to use you all again on future jobs. Thanks again!
