What you get with any ROYCE product is quality. Chocolate lovers would be lucky to receive a box like this, which is why ROYCE is my go-to chocolate box gift for the holidays. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I needed 20 chocolates individually gift wrapped and they did each box of chocolates to perfection. Thank you so much! 5 Stars!
Came to pick up some Valentine’s Day gifts was blown away by their customer service. I apologize I didn’t get her name. The sales associate was able to find what I was looking for right away. She offered to warp my gifts and gave me free samples. Additionally, she put a plastic cover on my shopping bag due to the rain Would definitely come back!!!
Great quality chocolate and they also have nice sample. My favorite is the Mana Macha chocolate.
Just there purchasing five boxes of chocolates. The staff is not that helpful. Like the way they helped me wrap up everything. The staff was not friendly at all. The face looking like I owe her thousands and thousands of money. And the next guest she treated just so friendly saying hi saying how are you just like a normal staff is. But treats me like I don’t have the money to purchase a item.
I'm torn. The chocolates and cookies they sell here are delicious. It is definitely on the expensive side. I want to give them 5 stars for their quality nama chocolates. I want to give them 1 star for their terse staff. Giving them 3 stars because I'm torn.

One of my favorite places for chocolates. They let you try the namas, which is a huge plus. My top pick is the coconut chocolate baton cookies. Those are to die for. Staff is also super friendly.
