I use to work for securitas everything was ok until they took me off a site for Verizion for no reason no explanation no nothing and when I ask what they reason to remove me they couldn’t give me a reason. Then they started giving one week here one week there or one day here and one day there no one can work that way. I advise people to look somewhere else to work because they don’t care about your responsibility or nothing they just want the job done.

I have worked for Securitas for the past 11 years. A person like me who is continuing his career, I love what I do and what makes me proud is working with the best. Securitas Security Services is the best and I adapted there Values. Integrity Vigilance, and Helpfulness -------------. --------------- -------------------. Others may say they don't move up or they don't get a raise. Well Securitas leaves that up to you the post a job list every few months those that are interested in pursuing the best career will only need to ask. Securitas is one of the biggest Security company in the world, and with the Company at it's best they only hire great people like Ralph Salamone Miriam Ortiz, Christopher Thomas, Daniel Mara, and Rachel Chery among other I am so happy to work for a great Company and always respect the Business.
the company is not something you want to make a career out of. its only good if you need a job fast. they will hire just about anyone who doesnt have a criminal background. easy getting your licence. There's alot of favoritism that goes among the clients and the security workers. You dont get paid enough to work 12am-8am shift. Not good to work their for a long period of time at this company. absolutely terrible. however there is one employee who is professional thats Hassan. Manning lewis not so much and Brandon supervisor not so much.
Working for this company was great I got paid 17 a hour and all I did was sleep and chill all shift it depends on what site u get honestly
Friendly and respectable staff. I am an employee and every time I come by the office, maybe once a year, they always make me feel like a part of the team. My experience in these 12 years has been nothing but positive.
