Excellent Japanese restaurant with fresh ingredients and clean, airy decor. We went on a quiet Saturday and the waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was genuinely impressive: each dish tasted rich and flavorsome, whether it was sashimi or the chicken. Will definitely add this to the rotation.

We came for the ‘soft open’ which means they are still working out some kinks. Nonetheless, the sashimi dinner was sublime. The appetizers are original, combining the best of Japanese and European influences (prosciutto and mashed potatoes with green apple was amazing) and the miso soup and salad were excellent, if typical. Most original was the Shinagawa dessert plate for two. So many delicious flavors! And each dish presented beautifully. Great service to boot!

They have a lunch deal that’s 15 for three sushi rolls and it comes with soup and a salad. Quite possibly the best sushi deal in Manhattan. And it’s pretty decent sushi.

Happy hour 4-6 3 beers! Affordable sushi rolls with a lot of variety. Friendly service although when i was there, it was kind of empty. Not sure how they'd be if they're busy.

Overall just really nice sushi. For the price point it’s truly fair value, with a nice lunch menu with the traditional accompaniments that one comes to expect from upscale Japanese restaurants.
