From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out: excellent service. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing is great and the quality of work is superb. Brought in a denim trench coat for some alterations and was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and the window of time. HIGHLY recommended for all tailoring and dry-cleaning needs.

I don't like leaving negative reviews because I know it can be detrimental to a business, especially a small one, but in this case I'm left no other choice. Please see pics. I dropped off my *new* clothing for Wash & Fold. When I came to pick it up the next evening I was not made aware of any problems, but when I got home I discovered that my new 35 shorts had tears and burns that were not present when I dropped them off. It looks like they got stuck in whatever machine was folding them and had to be pulled out. I also had to iron the remainder of shirts and pillow cases that were supposed to be folded because they looked much worse than when I dropped them off. When I attempted to follow up, they did not return my email (it has been 3 days since then). When I came back in person, they advised me that wash & fold was not guaranteed (though the garment policy printed on the wall does not exclude Wash & Fold) but promised to submit a claim to their insurance company and would contact me. After not hearing from them, I reached out and was met with questions like \well how do you think this happened?\. Their final resolution was to offer me 13.50, which isn't even half the cost of the shorts. Though I was not expecting perfection with Wash & Fold, I certainly wasn't expecting torn/burnt shorts and extremely wrinkled clothes. Quite unfortunate, considering I would have preferred to become a repeat customer.

The staff is excellent. Darwin is an absolute Gem!!! I took 3 of my white coats there and they came back like brand new!!! And the price was very affordable. I love the bigger location. And the tailor is always on site. Never thought or even experience such a pleasant visit to a dry cleaners. This business is everything you want in dry cleaning. Absolutely the best!!! I strongly recommend Sky Blue Cleaners!!!

I have been to SkyBlue a couple of times over the years - usually to get a quick alteration. Most recently, they took in the legs and waist of some jeans and completely resized what was going to be a donated men’s size lightweight jacket/blazer to have a more feminine fit and not look completely oversized. Always happy with the result!

I had such a wonderful experience with Joel and Nathan. I took my wedding dress here to get custom hemmed, and Joel did such an excellent job. He listened to me, and gave his expert opinion on how to help me achieve what I wanted without ruining the integrity of my dress. Nathan was super professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. I chose Sky Blue because of the great reviews, and they even exceeded my expectation. I was nervous putting my wedding dress in someone else's hands for a few weeks, but they took such great care with it and gave me exactly what I wanted. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for those looking for an affordable place to get wedding dress alterations that will do it right.
