decent location, has stuff you'd expect from a staples

Defiantly decent sized and well staffed!!
I visited the store for a promotional item. In the beginning, I couldn’t find it on the shelf. It turned out to be they hided it behind the counter. I was certain it’s limit 5 per person. However, the cashier, a young darker skin girl, said I could only buy one unless I show her the evidence of limit 5. I stepped aside and searched on my phone for a while. Finally I found it and showed it to her. She laughed and seemed like she knew it was limit 5 already. I didn’t know why she did that to me but as a customer I felt I was given a hard time and I did feel uncomfortable with the interaction at the store. Also, the promotional ad can be found on the website. I didn’t know why they hided the items and didn’t want people to buy it.
PROTOCOL. Friendly staff, convenient location and some prices are pretty good. But during this time of COVID-19 virus infections, the store manager should have set up hand-sanitizer dispensers right at the door entry as well as in the middle of the store. This is to protect their employees and guests, who obviously touch door handles, railings and merchandise. I'll give it better rating when that problem is taken care of.
