I spent 2 hours in this office just to submit a request for paperwork. Two weeks later I will need to come back again to pick up my result. They launched a reservation website recently and asked people to make reservation in order to be served, however the website either doesn't work at all, or the demand is higher than availability. Air flow is the key to limit the exposure of Corona virus. They probably should open window a bit to let air in. Before coming here, make sure you have necessary document for your paperwork. Bring some extra copies just in case. Read information on their official website. Give them a call if you have questions. Don't come to the office unless you must. No one wants to take off from work, commute to here but realize they either don't have sufficient document or find the staff isn't helpful. They don't take credit card. Make sure you have your debit card at hand so you can go to an ATM nearby to get some cash. This nyc office maybe is one of the largest offices in USA, if not the headquarter. However, I would advise to keep your expectation low.

This NYC office is terrible. Called many times and no answer. If call gets into a voice prompt, you get shuffled around into voice mail that is full. It's almost impossible to get a live person. Once you do get a live person on the phone, they are curt and do not explain or help with any of your questions or needs. How did these people get hired and is there no quality control and customer service?

The front desk staff/company needs to be changed. They are extremely rude to people coming in. It is very unfortunate to see these kind of people here for they do not accurately represent generally kind and helpful people of Taiwan. I also decided to leave message here for it looked like I was not the only person that got this kind if impression from messages already left here. If you are reading this and have same opinion it is encouraged to do the same. The service of the office upstairs was very quick and helpful. If it was not for the front desk definitely a five star.

Emma is friendly and helpful all the way through my power of attorney application process.

This office is extremely inefficient, inconsistent and their staff are extremely rude. From the guy at the front desk on the ground floor, to staff members processing our applications - it really was not the kind of attitude I expected and frankly it's unprofessional. The information on their website is out of date and inconsistent.
