I had a wonderful experience here. I’ve been to many bridal salons and this one was my favorite. The staff here is so welcoming and friendly. I love how they only schedule 1 appointment at a time, which makes the experience much more personal and special. Joanna was very kind, and took the time to ask me questions to better understand what vision I have in mind for the wedding and dress. All the sample dresses are in great condition and handled with so much love and care! Most other places I visited, samples dresses are usually dirty, old, and somewhat damaged. They had a good handful of dresses within my price point, all stunningly beautiful. I highly recommend you check this bridal salon out.
My appointment at this store proved to be inefficient, unproductive, and pretty disappointing. Upon my arrival Joanna asked me what I was looking for in a dress. I was pretty descriptive in what I liked and didn’t like, so it was a little disappointing that throughout my appointment Joanna kept showing me dresses that had the qualities I already mentioned not loving in a dress. I did not feel like my opinion was being heard. Joanna also kept excusing herself to take phone calls during my appointment time, which I felt was very rude. I overheard her saying that she was just trying to “get through the day” (not a great thing to say in earshot of your clients!) She also asked me what my budget was, but whenever I asked how much a certain dress was, she could not give me a straight answer. I had a friend with me, and at the beginning of the appointment we were pretty clear that she was my friend, but then halfway through the appointment Joanna asked her if she was my mom? Upon leaving, she told my friend “it was good to see you again” but neither of us have ever met her before. It was a strange appointment and I don’t think she ever listened to anything I said. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to find a wedding dress.
When you're preparing to celebrate a beautiful time of your life, it's a downer to call a place like this and be treated as rudely as these people treat you. You're better off calling a place to change your oil or a car mechanic and asking them about wedding dresses, you'll be treated better than this place.
After months of searching and trying on so many gowns, I was overwhelmed. I finally found my perfect dream dress here at this salon. The prices here are great, the dress was just in my budget. I was helped by Alexandria who really knows her stuff, she was so nice and made the experience so pleasant. I'm so thankful to her.
