The best hip hop casual dining spot in harlem. The MANGO SANGIA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING. Definitely going to be there for Valentines day.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! You will not be disappointed. With hardly any places to go and enjoy a good meal, The Cecil has really catered to the ppl!!! Extremely nice staff. The Cecil gave me great food, excellent drinks, and awesome entertainment! Oh and to top it off my significant other and I were very warm! I took my coat off! I hope this helps someone!

I didn't order a steak and perhaps that was an error and maybe influences my review but I don't think you come here for the food. This place is an entertainment clinic. Every night there is live music, DJ, guests, dancers - they do an unbelievable job. Drinks were good and empanadas were solid too but the time I had made it 5 stars

Service ok, waiter was friendly but forgetful. I or my friend would repeatedly reminder him that we asked for a menu and my order came out wrong. The food was needed salt and was cold. The appetizers were better than the entrees. Which forever to come out, so we order tea and the tea was cold too. Then I was double charged. Not worth a second chance. The only reason I’d go back is for the Dj and appetizers. The 3 stars are for the Dj and music.

Valentine’s Day was a terrible organization Day for them. Super unorganized. We made reservations 1 month ahead, for them to turn us down and say they were overbooked. How is that possible? It’s not a hotel or a flight. There are booking websites to help with this. Super unorganized, manager had no sympathy either. Told us to sit outdoors. Food was not seasoned.
