I give The Natural Ruby Company 10 stars!! My husband and I used the "Design Your Own" feature to create a wonderful star ruby ring to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The website was easy to use and it was so fun to play with all the different combinations of settings and stones. When I finally narrowed my choice down I requested a combined image of what the complete ring would look like and that's when I met Katherine! She was so helpful and answered all my questions promptly. When I had questions about the color of the stone, she took extra effort to get pictures of the stone under different types of lighting. When we placed our order I felt confident that I would love the ring and I was right! I have complete confidence in this company and it was a joy to work with Katherine.

I found my girlfriend's dream ruby ring; actually I didn't find it, we spent 2 months working with several people in the company on various design options until a final design was approved. She wears the ring everyday and I can't stop admiring its beauty. This company put a lot of effort into making her dream ruby (and diamonds in the design) come true. We are truly happy and would highly recommend working with them. I have a feeling that we will be back for earrings! Thank you!!
I love how the website shows you exactly what you are getting. They describe the ruby by cut, color, intensity, etc. The pictures of the items are from many angles and also included a video. I received my item very quickly and was kept informed of the status by a real person. Love this company!
They have a large selection of stones to fit every budget . Their customer service is top notch . I bought a 1.39 carat untreated from them and everything from the certificate and documentation down to the box was beautiful ! I have also bought a matching pair of rubies and had them made into studs for my again the folder and documents were well presented and i received them very fast . Highly recommend the Natural ruby co.
I purchased a Burmese Ruby and I am very pleased with the quality of the gem. Sam was totally amazing person to work with. The customer service at the Natural Ruby Company is simply the best! I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this Company to everyone.
Definitely recommended! I ordered a few rubies and all look amazing. Don't hesitate to ask the staff and owner (Michael) for their recommendations. They are NOT going to rip you off but really just offer recommendations around your price budget but with better quality!
