Reliable, Friendly, Fast & Super Convenient!!! Life saver in the pandemic!! Thomas Drugs has been my neighborhood pharmacy for years; I will never go anywhere else. They seem to have my prescriptions ready immediately & greet me by name when I call. Best service I have ever received. Pharmacists & staff are incredibly knowledgeable & everyone is very helpful. They stock hard to find products, CBD, masks, etc. Not only is it the best pharmacy in the UWS, it is one of the few surviving small neighborhood pharmacies in the NYC. They provide an essential service to the community - SO glad they are here for us in the pandemic, so glad they are still going strong!

As a 20 year customer, this is the best and most valuable store on the Upper West Side. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their willingness to help us, even during the pandemic, is incredible. Thomas Drugs is highly recommended by me and my family on the UWS.

I've been going here for well over 15 years...never had a problem. I have always found the pharmacist friendly and transparent. I can only think that if you enter a store with a chip on your shoulder that you will most likely walk out with one on your should too. This is New York people, no one has to put up with anyones bad behavior.
