Horrible Experience! So called \Guarantee\ is a sham! I purchased 2 Patriots tickets just before 9am with a 1:00 game time. I was assured that the tickets would arrive electronically before the game. It's a 2 hour drive. I kept checking and not seeing the tickets or email from Tick Pick. I tried calling twice. I waited about 10 minutes and got a recording that no one was available to help me! Really? I'm an hour from game time, no tickets and can't get Tick Pick Customer Service! Very stressful. No way to treat your customers! Finally, on third try, customer service picked up but said the seller had rejected my order. When was Tick Pick going to notify me, if ever? They offered me replacement seats that were worse seats and cost more. THEY CALL THAT A GUARANTEE??? My original seats were around the 40 yard line. The best they said they could do was corner or end zone seats and at a higher cost than my original order! Even with a modest credit from them , I still ended up paying 50 more for worse seats. Since I was almost at the stadium I really had no choice at that point but to take the worse tickets at the higher price. FEEL RIPPED OFF by TICK PIK. They did not stand by their guarantee to provide comparable replacement tickets. THE GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS!

Purchased 4 tickets to Billie Eilish concert in Brooklyn in March 2020, which has been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19. It has now been over 5 months since original concert date and still no reschedule date on horizon. Being in NY, this concert will likely not happen for 1 year or more from now. I requested a refund and they refused, even though TicketMaster offered refunds to the original ticket purchasers. Given the circumstances, at some point TickPick should do the right thing and eventually refund customers, but they will not. I will never purchase tickets from them again, and I would not recommend them to others.

HORRIFIC COMPANY!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE TICKPICK!!!! I have had numerous email contacts with TickPick (AS WELL AS ONE HOPEFUL PHONE CALL promising me the refund - a guy named Mark - WHICH PROVED TO GO NOWHERE) all promising me the refund for POSTED CANCELED games (have emails from them proving the games were canceled) and not one penny of my hard earned money has been returned to me and my family, who is quite hungry ( I have children to feed). HORRIFICALLY GREEDY COMPANY. This company does not care about lying, stealing, cheating the common person, nor denying food to children. THE WORST.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE TICKPICK!!!!!!! For the safety of your personal info, use a different ticket platform!!! Tickpick did not respect my privacy and share access of my personal contact with buyer* without my consent. My tickets were sold within 15min after I listed it. Just when I was happy with how fast the sale was made, one of the Tickpick employees called me using their office phone, asked me about the source of my tickets and to send my proof of purchase to a different email for verification. I found this very strange, so I called back to tickpick right after I hung up. I wanted to understand why I received such call. However, TickPick denied it all the way, claimed that no one from TickPick has ever called me. They also refused to see the call history on my phone to prove my words. Apparently this tickpick employee was the one who bought my tickets, and he used his authority to access my info and contact me personally as a buyer to confirm the legitimacy of my tickets. How do I know? Because when I received my shipping label, the buyer’s mailing address is TickPick’s HQ office, and it was easy to find his name on the company’s website. Why would I need a third party to resell my tickets while they charged me a huge fee and i still can’t keep my identity hidden and safe? I am truly disappointed of how terrible you value your customer’s privacy.
