Service was good. Food was okay. Curry is a little more on the sour side. I like how they gave the side dishes for free. Other curry rice places charge for just a little bit of pickled vegetables, and honestly, that's annoying. Especially when I know I get it for free in Japan. It's a small spot, so I can't see a big group hanging out here, but you can do takeout. The interiors are decorated nicely, and it feels cozy. It was empty at 9pm.

I have heard great reviews about this place and was very excited to finally come. I ordered the Pork TongKatsu. Gotta get it with the curry. It was really good. One thing that bothered me was that the chef did not put on gloves while making my food. I’ve worked a a restaurant. He touched the flakes he put on the fries with his bare hands. I also caught him eat a French fry mid preparation. I was kind of grossed out. Also they have a bunch of alcohol and beers on display, only to find out they don’t serve alcohol. Kind of a tease! Definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Pity! Because it was really good
Great late night meal! Super tasty and service was quick. The tonkatsu was tender with a crispy skin -excellent. The curry was also good. I would come back again.

I loved their tonkatsu bento with egg and curry sauce add-on. Think go go curry except more.. Japanese with unique side dishes like mentaiko fries. The fries were really good with bits of pickled radish in them, which cut the heaviness and added depth of flavor. The tonkatsu is freshly cooked so you may have to wait a bit. A truly impressive gem in LES. I'd definitely go back for more.
Tiny place below street level. The pork tongkatsu was well cooked and juicy. A quality piece of meat. The curry for an additional 4 was nothing special. Extra pickles not worth it. The fries were pretty good, flavors nicely layered and spread over the fries. Portions are small, pricey spot.
I ordered the bento chicken tongkatsu, it was delicious, but hated the fact it doesnt include the curry sauce. To add curry sauce is 4
The waiter was very helpful helping me pick a dish and putting up with my indecisiveness. The karaage tastes better than it looks, and it already looks great!
