I bought a watch on 01/24/21. It was sent, but not to me. True Facet refunded my money and have communicated throughout the process. They are still trying to retrieve the watch to fulfill my purchase. They have been honest, even showing me the receiving party email that they got the wrong watch. I would still buy from them, as even the best can make a mistake. As long as humans are involved that is. Stuart.

This company used to be good. I have bought a few watches from them. This last transaction has me mad. I bought a watch for my daughter and after 2 weeks they told me that it was not available. They didn’t even offer me another one from their collection. They claimed that their supplier backed out. Not a way to do business. I guess I need to take my business else where. They just have lost a customer.
