Such an amazing chicken sandwich! The fries, pickles, pasta salad, and sandwich ALL tasted great. In LA sometimes when I order sides, I'll get maybe a great sandwich and mediocre fries and the sides end up being just okay. Howlin' Rays packs a punch and has such tasty food, I can truly say that I LOVED it all.

We visited on a Friday evening and we were glad we had reservations as the place seemed packed in spite of the huge amount of seating they have. The service was great and our orders arrived fast. Everything was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. Highly recommend
I work in the area and decided to check this place out for take-out in an effort to support small business. The first time I went it was 7:45pm and they would not take my order because they closed at 8pm. The next time I went I showed up at 7pm and they ran out of food. The third time I went the host was a complete a-hole and refused to take my order because they were closing in 30 mins. This place has awful customer service. Do not go. There are PLENTY of restaurants in the Times Square area that would delightfully accept business. Do not support this awful business.
Had the most beautiful dinner of all times. Our waiter \Mike\ was awesome. I loved the experience!!
Do not come here. Their sign literally says BOGO for takeout and they would not honor the BOGO. I came in to takeout and the hostess says it is for delivery only. I recommend her to change the sign and she gives me the cold shoulder, very rude.
